Andargachew Tsige, the Secretary General of the terrorist group Ginbot -7 is in prison in Yemen

Andargachew Tsige, the Secretary General of the terrorist group Ginbot -7 has been under arrest by Yemen security forces since June 24, 2014.

Andargachew Tsige, the Secretary General of the terrorist group Ginbot -7 with Dr. Birhanu Nega the Chiarman of the group. Now Andargachew Tsige is in prison in Yemen he might be sent to Ethiopia to face justice for his crimes against the state of Ethiopia.

Ginbot-7 which is trained by Eritrea and financed by Egypt to destabilize Ethiopia in coordination with other terrorist groups like Al-Shabab has a few hundred disgruntled Ethiopian ragtag soldiers. Adargachew Tsige who is sworn enemy of the Ethiopian state and people has tried to overthrow the Ethiopian government by force.

Ginbot-7 on it’s official statement today Monday June 30, 2014 has stated that it asked the Yemen government not to transfer him to the Ethiopian authorities. It added if the Yemen government gives him away to the Ethiopian government and any harm is done to him in any shape of form, the group has threatened unspecified strong retaliation towards the Ethiopian authorities.

The arrest of Andargachew Tsige who also oversees Ginbot-7’s military wing is a big blow to the terrorist group and their allies.

The Ginbot-7 statement indicated that so far it’s efforts to free him from Yemen has been futile and  the Yemeni government officials has ignored it’s plea.


Andargachew Tsige, the Secretary General of Ginbot 7 is lecturing us about Isaiass Afewerki the President-for-life of Eritrea. Andargachew Tsige says Ethiopians ought to learn from the exemplary leader of Eritrea.
