(4771.00 USD) to Mekele city

The Tigrayan Community in Toronto has provided 64,778.00ETB (4771.00 USD) to Mekele city municipality in support of Habo Iyasu Berhe Library project. The grant money has been raised through various fund rising activities of patriotic Ethiopians residing in Toronto.
The fund has been deposited into the project bank account at Ethiopian Commercial Bank Mekele branch. Finally project coordinator Mr W/Ammanuel G/Yesus, which is also head of Mekele city Youth,Sports and Social affairs gave detailed report on the progress of the project to community representatives.
