Chefs must prepare Ethiopian cuisine on Bravo's Top Chef D.C. TV show
Tigrai Online
August 04 2010
Here are your Top Chef previews for this week courtesy of Bravo, and while Wednesday's episode may not be as patriotic as the last few, it looks equally as entertaining (and delicious!).
The remaining chefs must tackle exotic Ethiopian cuisine
for their Quickfire where Ethiopian-born –and Top Chef Masters 2 Winner– Marcus Samuelson will be at the helm to judge who gets it “right”.
For the elimination, the chef’testants are tasked with creating a dish based on one of the foreign embassies in D.C. where established chefs, ambassadors and dignitaries representing each country will all lend a hand in the judging.
With the competition coming down to the wire, the pressure is on to present a perfect representation of each country’s cusine –will the chefs follow through or fall short?
Find out this Wednesday 8/4 @ 9/8c on BRAVO’s TOP CHEF D.C.
Completely Lost: The chefs are in Whole Foods buying ingredients for their dishes but some are completely lost.
