Queen Sheba Schools Alumni Association and Friends International sent books

A container full of educational and textbooks, approximately 50,000 – 75,000 pieces were acquired by Aite Tsegay Teklu Gebru and Ato Hailu Shiferaw from Piccolo Bookstores in Los Angeles. The container shipped on June 1st from the Long Beach Harbor.

A second container will soon be ready and on its way to Adwa, bringing the total to about 150,000 books. We believe these will more than satisfy the needs of Queen Sheba library under construction and will be distributed to schools in Adwa and surrounding towns and villages.
