Ethiopian Airlines is pleased to announce that its 1st Dreamliner, “Africa First”, landed in Frankfurt on 7 September 2012.
Ethiopian 1st Dreamliner flight to Frankfurt is part of its tour of stations in the Ethiopian network. Frankfurt, the financial centre of Europe, is a major Star Alliance hub and an important part of Ethiopian extensive worldwide network. Ethiopian currently has daily flights from Frankfurt to Addis Ababa, with connecting services to cities throughout Africa, including Nairobi, Johannesburg, Zanzibar, Mombasa, the Seychelles, Kigali or Maputo.
With 787 service, passengers to Frankfurt have enjoyed the ultimate travel experience on-board Ethiopian 1st Dreamliner ahead of other major destinations in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia. The aircraft offers passengers unparalleled comfort with less noise, the biggest windows in the sky, a higher ceiling, higher humidity, and unique lighting.
Starting from 28 October 2012, the Addis Ababa-Johannesburg route will be served daily with 787 Dreamliner.
