Ethiopian Airlines all female crew takes its first flight

Ethiopian Airlines the most profitable airlines in Africa launches all female flight crew last week. The company announced every aspects of the flight will be handled only by women. The airline is trying to encourage young women to get to the aviation industry.
Ethiopia as a country is working to insure gender equality. Ethiopian women are fairly represented in government and many high level work places, but much more needs to be done to make sure women are treated equally and given the opportunity to compete with their male counter parts.
