At the briefing, you will hear from John Holland Kaye, Heathrow’s Development Director, Brian Woodhead, Heathrow’s T2 Operations Director as well as Justin Erbacci, Star Alliance’s VP of IT and Customer Service, Marc Owen, Border Force’s Heathrow Director and Bob Schumacher, the UK MD of Sales for United Airlines, the first airline to occupy the new Terminal. You will hear details of the preparations for the first flight from the new Terminal 2, how the terminal will operate and how it will benefit passengers, airlines and staff.
