Tigray Development Association (TDA) has decided to let the front part of the TDA House formerly known as ICLASSIC Café Restaurant and wine bar.
People, who are interested to provide a competitive tender for the offer, could apply by collecting the application form by paying £10 non-refundable fee from TDA office No.1 and should submit by 22nd of Sep 2006, 5pm, attached with £300 refundable deposit. The auction will be opened on Saturday the 23rd of Sep 2006, at 4:00pm at the premises (IClassic café Restaurant, TDA House, 211 Clapham Road, London SW9 0QH.) The starting monthly rent of the premises is £2600.
The winner will be required to sign the contract and take over the premises as soon as possible. Rejection after winning the bid will result in loosing the deposited money (£300.00). Offer is subject to credit check clearance.
Tigray Development Association has the right to cancel the auction at any time without notice.
