With a cool, calm, reserved, and dignified personality and dignity coupled with high caliber and remarkable intelligence, this man, this leader, and this president are men of their words. There will be no confusion, bs nonsense, pretense, or showiness.He possesses and is endowed with firm and intelligent short-term, middle-term, and mainly long-term decision-making skills on issues vital to his people and his nation that are based exclusively and solely on the benefits of his people. To him, personal, family, or any other issues are simply secondary. Tigray’s welfare, stability, security, and sustainable development in all its facets are among his highest priorities, but do not take him wrong. At the end of the day, and when it comes to the interest, welfare, and well-being, and development of his people's lives and lively hoods, i.e., the people of Tigray, of whom he is very proud, this calm, tolerant, committed, kind, and honest man is also a clear, firm, solid, decisive, dedicated, determined, perseverance, and courageous man who never flinched, thwarted, or dogged on the causes,He is a man of integrity, honesty, kindness, and humility. Those characters have been tested continuously to date, in good and bad times. This man is a true effective leader, and Tigray desperately needed one—a long-overdue leader.Tigray finally has what it takes: a true leader, a leader of his people. What a man! What a leader! A man you love to hate Those characteristics of this man are simply tested characteristics and tested testimonies. with this leader.

As a leader of his people, the people of Tigray, whom he loves and cares deeply for, he has shown enormous dedication and service to his people in good and bad times. He has been put to the test day after day in very difficult and precarious situations, and in the most difficult time Tigray has ever faced in its long history, he truly deserved our respect and admiration for his true, unrivaled services to his people: THE PEOPLE OF TIGRAY, for whom he dearly loves and truly cares.Almost single-handedly, he lifted, motivated, united, and mobilized his people to victory. He also almost single-handedly raised Tigrian identity and pride, and most importantly, he transformed a fragmented and, at times, confusing and dividing micro-unity into a clear, uniting, and uplifting Tigrian nationalism that has now become the foundation for the "United we win, Divided we lose" concept.He brought unified Tigrian nationalism into being, formulating a unifying formula to lift up Tigray to future progress, to put it on the universal map, to its national macro unity, and to its highest true Tigray nationalism ranking ever. Now, the people of Tigray, from within and in the Diaspora, are united and strong, even during these very difficult times. At present, their unity is progressing and becoming stronger with time. Thanks to his leadership and the leadership of Tigray, which demonstrated wise, firm, decisive, and courageous political leadership. The political leaders of Tigray are the legitimate leaders of the State of Tigray, democratically elected by the people of Tigray for the people of Tigray, as stipulated by the constitution of the land. They proved with their skilled leadership time and again that they are the true and legitimate leaders of the people of Tigray. Against all odds, they led their people to victory. What leadership! What courageous and heroic leadership! Way to go, our great leaders! History and generations after generations will always remember you with pride. The Tigrian people are now ready to do their best to lift Tigray up for sustainable and multifaceted development projects and programs to be used for reconstructing, rehabilitating, and uplifting Tigray.

This man, this leader, and this president are truly selfless leaders who care deeply about their people. Therefore, this man is a simple man with an honest character. He is simply the man "you love to hate." That man is none other than the man of his people, the leader and president of his people, the one and only Dr. Debretsion Gebremichael,the president of Tigray.

Leadership is not a simple phenomenon, and to be a leader is not a simple task. The task of being a good leader during difficult and momentous times simply goes without saying. Leadership as a job is also difficult to hold, and it becomes even more difficult during difficult situations, such as those that were upheld in Tigray. A leader may give everything he/she has got, including every sacrifice and everything it takes, including his/her precious lives, for the sake of his/her people and nation. A good leader motivates his team, his or her people, with clear personal and professional goals and a positive attitude. That is what this man and his colleagues hold. He motivates his people with a positive attitude and with constructive and practical goals and objectives. And because of that, he has earned respect and admiration from his people at home and abroad. As a result, the people of Tigray, both within the country and in the diaspora, have been motivated and uplifted to do their share to help reconstruct, rehabilitate, and develop Tigray. Their role in that regard remains highly appreciated by the people of Tigray. The people of Tigray are very proud of you, so keep up the good work.

Tigray has endured all atrocities thus far, and Tigray is still suffering, but Tigray will, as always, prevail against all odds. This tragedy will pass very soon; therefore, Tigray has to intelligently use the postwar era for postwar opportunities and make the most out of those opportunities. Tigray must seize its historical opportunity to transition to post-war peace environments, redevelop the country, and improve the lives and livelihoods of its people.For that, Tigray has to manage peace properly because if peace is not managed properly, it can spawn new dangers while also threatening the stability of the entire nation in the aftermath of war. There is no peace without justice, and if peace is to be maintained, justice must prevail and be guaranteed to Tigray. The people of Tigray have done more than their share and sacrificed with their blood and soul for generations for the survival of the state of Ethiopia; however, in return, successive Ethiopian governments have destroyed, humiliated, and tried to totally annihilate the people of Tigray and wipe off the map of Tigray. The people of Tigray never bowed to any enemy from within or abroad and have always stood victorious against internal and external enemies against all odds. Tigray must ensure its people's long-term, sustainable, and total security, as well as the maintenance of peace, stability, and the protection of their social, economic, political, and God-given human and democratic rights.Never again will Tigray have to go through successive Ethiopian governments' aggression, dominance, ethnic-based annihilation, and arbitration. Tigray has fought for its legitimate rights and made enormous sacrifices. Tigray has done it before, and it is doing it now. Enough is enough! Tigray has suffered a lot, and NEVER AGAIN should Tigray be subjected to such unprecedented and inhuman war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.

In that regard, the role of a leader is not only important but indeed indispensable, and thus, in that regard, the role of Dr. Debretsion Gebremicheal has been and still is simply indispensable. Therefore, he deserves our appreciation, admiration, and respect for the services he rendered to our people, the people of Tigray, whom we all love and cherish.
