Last year some people lost their lives because of a stampede orchestrated by the enemies of Ethiopian people to make it create animosity between the people of Ethiopia and the government.
Despite the efforts of mortal enemies of Ethiopia, this year the festival was peaceful. There was no demonstration or any disturbance, but some news outlets reported some people tried to instigate problems. The Oromo people don’t want to turn their festival into a propaganda platform where enemies of the Ethiopian people spread their poisonous messages.
The federal and state security forces stayed away from immediate area of the festival trusting the people and the people didn’t fail on keeping the peace of their festival. Egyptian and Eritrean spies are terribly disappointed all their planning was useless because the Ethiopian people are aware of their cheap tricks.
