After the discussions head of the USA delegation Senator James Inhofe told reporters that the U.S government will continue to cooperate with Ethiopia. Senator James Inhofe added the U.S. will continue its support to Ethiopia on its efforts of stabilizing the Horn of Africa especially Somalia and south Sudan.

Senator James Inhofe is a Republican Senator from the State of Oklahoma and he is a U.S. Army Veteran.  He is Senior Member of the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee and he is a senior member of many more U.S. Senate Committees.

According to FBC Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn expressed to the delegation Ethiopia`s desire to further strengthen its relation with the new administration of the United States.

Considering the Trump administration stand on terrorism, many Ethiopian extremists residing in the USA and working with terrorist governments and groups are in a panic mode. The assumption is those who are on welfare and working full time to destabilize Ethiopia may not do so for too long.

As you can see from U.S Senator’s comments the U.S government is willing to work with Ethiopia to stabilize the Horn of Africa. That means any group or government working to destabilize the region will be targeted.
