The Ethiopian State of Emergency Command Post announces implementation details

Ethiopian Defense Minister, Siraj Fergessa explains implementation of the state of emergency in Ethiopia

The highest government body overlooking the recently released state of emergency has announced detail information.

The State of Emergency Command Post Secretariat and Ethiopian Defense Minister, Siraj Fergessa explained many of the details. He said 50 kilometers within all Ethiopia’s borders and 25 kilometers on the right and left sides of all main highways are declared as RED ZONES.

All international diplomats are advised not to travel 40 kilometers radius outside of the capital Addis Ababa without informing the government. It is not because they are not allowed to travel anywhere in the country, it is the government wants to insure their safety and security Mr. Siraj said.

Since Ethiopia declared state of emergency last week the lawlessness and the illegal activities of marauding armed gangsters has virtually stopped.

The Ethiopian government decided to restore law and order in the country by curbing the illegal demonstrations and destruction of the economy. Majority of Ethiopians are happy the Ethiopian government has taken this action to bring about peace and stability in to some of regions that were infiltrated by Egyptian and Eritrean anti peace groups.

Meanwhile further detail information is coming out of Somaliland indicating the Egyptian government has been trying to entice the Somaliland government to switch to Egypt’s side and turn it against Ethiopia. A Somaliland diplomat, speaking on a condition of anonymity said Egypt is doing its best turn Somaliland against Ethiopia by offering it economic and military assistance. As published in the Somalilandpress website the diplomat said “First they offered us Ethiopian investors and then offered economic assistance and then military training”. It has been crystal clear for most Ethiopian how much the Egyptian involvement in Ethiopian internal affairs is. We know they are spending millions of dollars through Eritrea to train military groups to overthrow the current government and establish a new country called The Islamic Republic of Oromia.

If the Egyptians and Eritreans get their way, they would not stop at helping the Oromos separate from Ethiopia, they will continue to break up Ethiopia in to smaller pieces so they can do whatever they want with our natural resources and keep the people in poverty.
